Best Compound Bow Brands in 2026

The best compound bow brands you can actually buy on Amazon in 2026 are Bear, Diamond, Sanlida, and Genesis. Those four still had current U.S. listings in September 2026. Hoyt, Mathews, Bowtech, and current PSE flagships sell through pro shops, so they are not on this page.

Pick a brand, then set draw length and draw weight with our draw length guide and draw weight chart.

1. Bear Archery — best all-around Amazon brand

Bear Archery Legit ready to hunt compound bow

Bear is the brand this site still sends most first-time hunters to. Current Amazon packages also use Trophy Ridge sights and Whisker Biscuit rests a shop can service.

For example, the Legit RTH covers 14–30 in of draw and 10–70 lb. Meanwhile, the Royale RTH is the small-frame / youth pick at 12–27 in and 5–50 lb. Neither needs a bow press for those adjustments. However, older page favorites (Cruzer, Finesse, Siren) are gone or leftover stock only.

Buy Bear if you want a name a shop tech already knows. In general, expect under $400 for the current RTH kits.

2. Diamond Archery — best wide-range beginner brand

Diamond is Bowtech’s online brand. That is why you can buy it on Amazon. In addition, rotating modules, no press for draw length, and a limited lifetime warranty on the riser and limbs are why it stays on this list.

The Infinite 305 (7–70 lb, 19–31 in, 7.25 in brace) replaced the Infinite Edge / Edge Pro. By comparison, the Edge XT (20–70 lb, 19–31 in, caged riser) is the step-up under $500. Both were in stock on Amazon US in September 2026.

3. Sanlida — best budget kit brand on Amazon

Sanlida Dragon X8 compound bow kit

In short, Sanlida wins on contents, not on dealer network. The Dragon X8 package is still the Amazon best-seller pattern: bow, 5-pin sight, rest, stabilizer, 12 arrows, quiver, release, case. Draw 18–31 in, listed 0–70 lb, no press.

Trade-off: fewer U.S. shops will touch the warranty the same way they touch Bear or Diamond. For that reason, register the limited lifetime parts warranty within 30 days. Have a shop check arrow spine before you hunt.

4. Genesis — best first-bow brand

Genesis Original NASP compound bow

Genesis is the NASP bow. Zero let-off, no set draw length, 10–20 lb, made in the USA. However, it is not a hunting brand. It is the brand you buy when a kid or a class needs one bow that fits everyone from about 15 to 30 in of draw.

The Genesis Original was in stock on Amazon in September 2026, under $200. When they outgrow it, move to a Royale or Legit. More youth options are also on our youth compound bow reviews.

Which Amazon compound bow brand should you buy?

  • First hunting bow: Bear Legit or Diamond Infinite 305 / Edge XT.
  • Small frame, kid, or short draw: Bear Royale.
  • Lowest complete kit: Sanlida Dragon X8.
  • School / backyard / NASP: Genesis Original.

Current packages also live on the 2026 homepage and the best compound bow under $500 list. Finally, beginners should read the beginner compound bow guide.

Compound bow brands FAQ

What are the best compound bow brands on Amazon in 2026?

Bear, Diamond, Sanlida, and Genesis. Those four still had current, in-stock U.S. listings when we checked in September 2026.

Is Diamond the same as Bowtech?

In fact, Diamond is Bowtech’s more affordable, Amazon-friendly line. Same parent company. Different sales channel, though.

Is Sanlida a real brand?

Yes. It is a direct-import brand that sells complete kits. To be sure, the bow is real. Local shop support is thinner than Bear or Diamond.

Next step

Click the model name in the chart, confirm hand and color, then set the bow light until form holds. After all, brand loyalty does not fix a wrong draw length.
